Eligibility & Opened Products
Due to safety and quality considerations associated with laboratory research compounds, opened or used research products and items damaged after successful delivery may not be eligible for return or refund unless we say otherwise.
Refund Processing
When a refund is approved, it is credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Available shipping options, shipping costs, and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete payment, based on your shipping address and the store settings.
Applicable sales taxes are also calculated and shown at checkout before you submit your order.
Buyers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in carrier delays or returned shipments.
We transfer packed orders to third-party shipping carriers. While we endeavor to dispatch orders promptly, carrier transit times and unexpected carrier delays are beyond our direct control once a shipment has been handed over.
If your package appears missing, delayed, or was damaged during transit, please contact us at compliance@elitelabspeptides.com with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.
We may refuse or cancel orders to destinations where research peptide products cannot lawfully be imported, transported, or delivered.
Buyers are responsible for compliance with any local regulations applicable to the receipt and possession of research compounds at their delivery location.
